Session Limits
- Gold Membership: Unlimited sessions per week, one session every 24 hours.
- Silver Membership: Up to three sessions per week.
General Terms
- No Contracts: Memberships are contract-free. A 2-week notice is required to stop debits.
- Non-Transferable: Memberships cannot be transferred or used by anyone else.
- Payment: All payments must be up to date before using the Red Light Bed.
- Booking: All sessions must be booked through our booking system.
- Deposit for Booking: $25 booking deposit will be required to be kept on file. If cancelled less than 24hrs or no-show you will forfeit that deposit & a new deposit will be required to make a new booking.
Cancellation and Notice
- Stopping Debits: Requires 2 weeks notice, given in writing via email [email protected]
- Rejoining and Pricing: Cancelling and rejoining results in the loss of special pricing, reverting to standard rates.
Usage Policy
- Non-Transferability: Memberships and sessions are non-transferable.
- Payment Compliance: Usage is restricted if payments are not current.
- Booking Requirements: Sessions must be scheduled via our booking system.
